We are a small family business that believes in personal contact with the customer and high service provided and so we follow certain opening hours and cannot make table reservations as we cannot serve all who seek reservation in our small but beautiful place.
The list of foods provided changes according to the season, as the policy of our restaurant is to adapt our dishes to include in season ingredients e.g. i summer lamb with artichokes, lemon sauce with stuffed grape leaves, and in winter the same dish is cabbage. For the same reason we do not serve stuffed eggplant imam and moussaka in winter.
Our products are supplied by local producers with whom we have developed relationships of trust. The oil we use is our own production of olive koronaikis variety, without the use of pesticides and olives are cold-pressed as is the traditional way.
